I only brew 5-6 gallon batches and my 15 gallon keggle was the best upgrade choice I made. Plenty of room for the larger grain bills. I use a Blichman burner and it’s great too. I think you’re on the right track with where you’re going for BIAB.
Ok, so I just downloaded a fresh copy of rpints master from github. Unzip it, no problems no errors. Apache2 is running fine. Fire up browser and navigate to appropriate web address and I get nothing displayed. Tail -f on /var/log/apache2/error.log and I see mucho many entries about a missing...
I carbed mine at 10-12 PSI too. It turned out great. Just enough so that you know it's been carbed, but not so much that you get a mouth full of apple fizz. 😄

I usually have my CO2 at 30 psi to carbonate. It usually take 2-3 days at that pressure and then I dispense at 10-12 psi.
