    Apple juice, apple cider, or it doesn't matter?

    I use indian summer cider. I also use 1lb. Per gallon of corn sugar. Mixed with4 cinnamon sticks, 1 tblsp of nutmug, ginger, 6 whole cloves. I'm looking at about 8.75-9.25% starting og is 1.072
