    Utah, kegs are illegal and beer is only 3.2% (really closer to 2.8 as the beer companies don't wanna get in trouble.) You can get higher % at the state liquor stores, but not name brands, stuff like Ice 800, and a couple other brands. Thats why I started looking into this in the first place heh.
