Newbie to brewing. I don't like beer. I wish I did, have tried them all, even in the motherland of all great beer (Germany, so I've been told). I like ciders and the hard lemonades and the like. I have been making cider for a few months and they seem to be turning out ok. Now trying to figure out what all the "extra" stuff does to add flavor, but don't have a clue.
