Hi, i make my first cider this year, and yesterday i racked cider after primary to clean carboy to secondary, and SG after primary was 1.000,OG was btw 1.050. but refractometer says that cider has 4,2% Brix in sugars, how is it possible? The refractometer shows the non-fermentable sugars? Thanks...
