Other than the confusing instructions, it looks like a well put together kit. They do them in house from their own extract and grains. Brewing it tomorrow, we'll see how it goes.

Thanks, that's kind of what I figured. I just wanted to come check. I've not heard of fermenting hops before, and the ingredient list didn't specify any. Just the instructions. I appreciate the advice.
