    Bottled 3 weeks ago...

I opened one of my brews and when i cracked the top A LOT of air came out of the top...is that just because it has not absorbed down into the beer yet or is it a problem?

Hope I didn't screw it up...

Alright it is ready to bottle. Right now the beer is in the secondary which is also my bottling bucket what is the best was to add priming sugar? Pour and stir or transfer them add to the bottling bucket and then move the beer back?

Hope I didn't screw it up...

I was checking my specific gravity today and when i was putting the airlock back in, the little rubber gasket fell through. Since it has been 15 days I went ahead and transfered it to the secondary. The specific gravity was still not quite there, what should I do? Will this fix itself?

    might have a problem?

i'm not sure, i just have one of those stick on thermometers on the side of my fermenter and my cooking one doesn't go below 80F. The sticker is saying that my temp inside is around 75. It is really hot here and hard to keep cool. If i can't keep the temp cool i just need to let it sit for a few...

    might have a problem?

I started my first homebrew last night. Everything was going good and it was fermenting fine, i noticed the temp was around 80 and i wanted to cool it off. I didn't use very much ice just mainly water in a container that came up about 4 inches from the bottom of my fermenter. I noticed that no...
