its probably better that it dropped to 1.01. ive made the clone before and mine finished at 1.017 and it was too sweet. If i made it again id aim for around 1.012 FG.

what was your mash temp? what was the grain bill?

Brett works slowly so give it time. also 65 degrees is prob the reason why its working so slowly. id bump it to mid 70s. i never used this blend but did a search on it and found a site that says optimal temp is 68-85.

PBW for cleaning keggles and fermentors. The kegworks is for cleaning beer lines. 5.2 stablizer is garbage. doesnt work well at all and a complete waste of money. Just use bru-n-water spreadsheet or a brewing software to help estimate the mash PH.

#2 looks better. id replace the 1.5lbs of Munich with wheat malt and do .5 flaked oats and .5 munich instead of 1lb of flaked oats. 3724 likes to stall around 1.03. i had to bump my temp up to 90 to get it to finish. id use both wyeast 3711 and 3724 so you dont have stall issues. Would ferment...

Would wait til the fermentation is completely done before bottling.... so blend them first then give it time and check for gravity changes over time to see if its stable. lacto will floc but it takes way longer.

Split the batch in half. ferment one with kolch yeast and one with lacto then blend them when they are done fermenting. you want to ferment a kolch around 60 and lacto likes warm temps.
