I actually love 120min. It's one of my all time favourites. I do agree with what others have said, though - it's not for everyone. I'm a big barleywine/strong ale person so this beer appeals to me quite a bit.

I strained out all the pumpkin following the boil, and now I'm not sure it was worth the effort. It smells awesome, the hydro sample tasted pretty good, too; but i think i should have just left it in the primary.
ymmv, but i'd say dont bother straining.
The only way to really know for sure is to check the SG a few days in a row. If it stays pretty constant, then you're probably done fermenting. 36hrs seems pretty quick to me, though.
