    Alesmith tony Gwen .394 pale ale clone

    I know this is thread res, and normally I just lurk.. but "tony Gwen"?? Tony Gwynn and yeah, it's a killer beer.. they just produced their Imperial .394, had it today when I stopped by the brewery, it's KILLER. Would love to try cloning this.

    Sorry for the thread res, but here are all reports for SD: http://www.sandiego.gov/water/quality/reports.shtml Unfortunately some of the data is grouped together, or downright missing. So I went ahead and called them up for some hard numbers... attached is the monthly report of all 3...

    American Wheat Beer American Honey Wheat

    I just did a honey hef with 1# wildflower honey (not a mod of this recipe). It came out mega-sweet, but as with anything YMMV. I'm okay with a bit of sweetness, my wife loves it. Fermented for 16 days, was still bubbling.. I could probably leave it for a couple more days next time.
