Ya I was able to get my first batch at 66 pretty consistently while it fermented. My 2nd is at the same right now. I jave been looking at fridges and cheat freezers to jave better control. I live on the coast and we do not have basements. Been using a closet with a wet t-shirt over the bucket.
Cheers everyone. I recently got into homesteading and bottled my firat extract ipa and got a amber ale in the fermenter also. Im just doing extract kits now and really enjoyed making them. A couple.more weeks and ill be able to enjoy my first homebrew. I feel like I am on this this site al time...
