So I bottled my first batch, it could not have gone better. I think I have the hang of things. Three weeks in the primary without a fuss and now some bottle conditioning and we will be good to go!

Well that has been my prevailing thought for the last week. Just bottle it and let er rip!

Austin home brew store is where I have been buying from. Also, there are several places in H town.

I noticed I am about a half gallon shy of five in my carboy. I am assuming I can top off with spring water but wanted to double check. Thoughts?
