- Like most brewers I started off in my garage and spent more and more and more money on the hobby getting better batch after batch after batch. Currently looking to get licensed to sell beer.

- I have really been enjoying going back to old English styles. I love an IPA just like everyone else but spending a summer trying different styles has cleansed my palette, challenged my brewing skills and taught me respect for traditional tastes.

- I have a blackberry porter in the keg now... a neighbor stopped by with 4 lbs of fresh blackberries from the garden. First time using fruit in a Porter. Excited to taste.
