    Not sure which I prefer. Raspberry just became nice and tart. Really made the blonde for my wife, not my favorite style. She loves both but esp raspberry. Headed them to ~180 held for a few mins and then dropped them in secondary siphoned from primary on to them. In secondary for a week.

    Recently brewed a beer that missed OG by 0.002. While I doubt this is noticeable, at what point would the beer's taste change? At what point would you think about taking action? 0.005? 0.01?

    Adding Water?

    Input is very much appreciated! Made a 1 gallon IPA recently that needed a few cups of water. Made several other beginner all grain mistakes but it tastes like a Lager IPA.

    I stick mostly to 1-2.5 gallon batches and often struggle to hit post boil volumes. Seen many places recommending simply adding water straight into primary before pitching yeast but it seems like that waters down the beer. Would it be better to simply stick with the existing volumes and have...

    Read through a few pages of this thread but didn't see anyone bringing it up...thinking of tossing some strawberries into a secondary with this recipe. Any thoughts? Probably going to split the batch between two carboys to do a normal and strawberry blonde
