Thanks for the help. I figured the mistake I made. At the start boil section it says"add all of the included DME". I missed the 2oz wheat DME, I only put the 1lb Pilsen DME.

Ok folks . Found out the mistake , the 2ozweath DME had to be done with the 1lb pilsen DME. Well, next time.

Hi all. I just did my secondary fermentation of a gallon of Kolsch and the kit contains priming sugar and also spray dried malt. Brewer's Best instructions doesn't mention anything about the dried malt, neither in the contents of the ingredients nor the instructions of the second fermentation...
