ye i just started a chocolate brew yesterday too except i put a lot more chocolate and it seems to be not allowing any blow-off; it has created a layer of chocolate it appears. but here is what i did:
1. Ingredients
a. 6.5 Pale 2-row Malt
b. 1 Crystal malt
c. .75 Chocolate malt
d. .25 Roasted...
Just brewed a "Blueberry Hefeweizen" a few weeks ago and drank one the other day (after 10 days in the bottle). Tastes great, except i was trying to get a heavy blueberry taste like that of Sea Dogs' but that failed becasue the blueberry extract i bought at the homebrew store was not strong...
