    OK now. also changed my hops around. 3 pounds of 2 row 1 pound of flaked corn 1/2 pound of Carapils malt .500 oz. of crystal hops AA of 3.1 for 60 mins .250 oz. of cluster hops AA of 5.0 for 30 mins OG would be 1.050 the IBU would be 19 the color would be 3 FG would be 1.013

    adding honey

    this is a 2.5 gallon batch and my OG was a tad low the honey might kick that up. i was shooting for about 3.8 avb but going to get about 3.1. so adding to honey would bring my AVB up. i have 12 oz of clover honey here.

    5 gallon batch 3 pounds of 6 row 3 pounds of 2 row 1 pound of flaked corn 1 pound of corn sugar 1 oz. of cluster hops 60 min boil 1 oz. of irish moss 15 min boil 1 pack of ale yeast. what yeast should i use?
