I have a stupid beginner question - is that recipe extract only? I.e. do you just steep the first 4 ingredients or is there some sort of partial mash thing going on? Thanks

I bottled my first brew two nights ago. Bottles are stored in a mostly warm room. Nothing visible is happening in the bottles. Am I supposed to see bubbles and stuff? Thanks
