Thanks day trippr, that sounds like a pretty easy method to get started with. I'll experiment with the ten million other methods on later batches. Thanks for the replies fellas.
Cheers!
That's actually a pretty good price. Costco.com has one that looks the same for $120. I think my truck is going to have to cough up its garage spot if I keep accumulating all these toys...
Wow guys thanks! Looks like I have some options. I'll be on the hunt for milk crates (they're kinda tricky to find). In the meantime looks like sterilite crates.
Thanks for the quick responses. This site rocks.
Cheers!
So after bottling my first batch of Honey Wheat I got to thinkin there has got to be some kind of storage solution (other than old empty cardboard cases). Maybe like a milk crate type thing or something stackable?
Like I said I'm brand new to all this so its worth a shot right?
Thanks in...
Somebody posted some crazy random spam about japanese credit card policies or something like that. it (and the few posts that followed it) were removed. if youre from around my area it would be cool if you re-posted cause i really dont know anybody around here who home brews.
The Cellar Home Brew. Its in the Shoreline/Seattle area. I think the class was about $40 or so and the guys there walk you through the whole process. We did everything up to the primary fermentation step. It was pretty cool. We did a Groupon thing so we got a discount on the brewing kit too...
Hey all,
Just got into home brewing. My girlfriend actually got me an intro to home brewing class and starter kit for my birthday. Keeper huh? As a "Thank You" I just started on a batch of honey wheat (her favorite). Hope all goes well...
Anyways, nice to be a part of something so awesome.
