I think you’ll be fine. Did essentially the same stuff with my first batch. My instructions said nothing about fermentation temps so I let sit around low 70s ambient temps. Beer went from pale to amber and completely blew my mind. Krausen also freaked me out, totally thought beer was infected...
Thanks for the review. Been brewing for about six months, itching to upgrade my equipment and decided it may be best to just buy the Robobrew instead of piecing together an all grain system. Got lucky and nabbed the last one on Williams Brewing yesterday. Really looking forward to my next brew day.
June 2017, Brooklyn BrewShop double IPA. Didnt bother to research the brewing process until after the fact. It was drinkable... Now Im several batches in and trying to improve with each batch.
