Denny, I just racked my second batch yesterday. Got OG of 1.064 😟...not sure why. Got down to 1.014; so, I guess it's not a total failure. First try was right on, and it was probably the best beer I've brewed! Sons thought so too...didn't last long. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

I've tried this a few times, and each time the beer has come out full of small bubbles, which I assume is not a good thing...aeration!! Am I worrying unduly? Have you also had this issue?

This is a wonderful beer! I have my third batch in primary. Gotta figure out if my system can handle a 10 gallon batch.

I've brewed this recipe twice with a different recipe called Better Red Than Dead in between. While BRTD is very nice, my buddies and I all feel Raging Red is the better brew. It's definitely a regular on my brew list. Thanks for posting!
