I've never done electric, but the new house I bought has a 220 line in the garage for some reason. I have been looking to upgrade some stuff anyways. Do you think I should use it for going electric? What stuff would you get?
I do all grain, usually 10 gallon batches.

I'm a pretty experienced brewer but I would like your opinion on this. I brewed a double IPA 10 days ago. The expected starting gravity was around 1.070 but when I brewed it it turned out to be 1.080 on my refractometer. I used San Diego Super Yeast, had a starter etc.
