Have you ever watched the way coffee manufactures taste coffee? They taste coffee is such a way where they get as much air in their mouth when tasting a sample.
I thinks this maximizes the flavor the coffee has to offer. I think the same is true with beer.
I have tastes some brews using this...
I have had this same problem. If your using plastic. It is most defiantly the lid. Dont get me wrong I like plastic for primary. but the lids sometimes fail to seal properly.
Try putting a brick or sometime mildly heavy on the lid. I 'd bet you start seeing bubbles again right away
Cheers
I'd have to agree too that Star San rocks. Just dont be afraid of the foam. When I started using it. I took allot of self control NOT to rinse to form away. But the form gets in the micro scratches are cracks to clean. Don' t feel bad. about our batching going south. Its all part of brewing...
Does anyone else get the feeling of satisfaction each and everytime you drink some of your homebrew? I do and I just wanted to share that, since there are no clubs near me. I make really great tasting beers. I wish I could enter them in contests
