Bartender since 96, currently at a brewpub in Maine. Been a homebrewer since 98 and and also started making wine in 2008. I've brewed off and on for many years but have been more of a constant brewer for the last four years or so. Working in a brewpub and having access to a brewmaster has really helped elevate the quality of my beers.
I have no intention of ever going commercial but I thought my work deserved a name, thus.... Hollow Point Brewery & Winery! I'm gradually coming up with names for individual brews as well.
