    Honey Peach Cider

    Yes, I packet of Nottingham is enough for six gallons. I make six gallon batches all the time and only use one packet. I’ve also made a seven gallon batch with one packet.

    Dave's Carmel Apple Cider

    I’ve used Nottingham with good results. I also use Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup instead of the one described in the recipe. Just started a batch last Friday with S-04. Hope I like it.

    Honey Peach Cider

    Just bottled this and tested the carb level 2 days later. Still needs some time before I pasteurize, but since I opened a bottle I had to drink it. Tastes great! Definitely addding this into the rotation. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

    I made this recipe twice, great recipe. Second time I didn’t use campden tablets prior to bottling and did heat pasteurize. I know you posted this in November, would love to hear how yours turned out.
