    I understand that using the chart will give you the appropriate temp and psi, but what about time? Couple weeks ?

    Thanks! It was around 50 degrees. Should I attempt the shaking method?

    Just let my brew set on CO2 for a few days to carbonate and nothing!!! Any advice why this happened or how I can save this batch?
