So I have made a few changes to the recipe. Brewing on March 12. Upped corn to 3# Backed Special Roast down to .5# Swapped Black Patent to 3oz Simpsons Chocolate because I had it laying around. Most importantly, I am using Wyeast 2124 but fermenting it at 60F.
