Post infection or krausen in seconday?
It didn't fall completely but went down quite a bit. I was out of town for after day 5 until I racked. Pretty much follow the directions straight from Midwest. Pretty noob thing to do but it does look like I racked too soon.- Hitz808

Post infection or krausen in seconday?
I am a little confused what is happening with my beer here. I am doing a boundary waters wheat from Midwest with white labs hefe yeast. SG 1.042 current 1.013. Just transfered to secondary on the 9th day and now I have the below occurring. Not real sure if this is an infection or krausen. I...- Hitz808
