I'm getting ready to make a couple kegs of flavored hard seltzer for a weekend party. I'm looking for a simple, syrup-based recipe for 5 gallons. Tourani syrup seems the most likely syrup, since the people want black cherry and they have that. But I have no idea of the syrup:water ratio...
Possibly, I don't know. But I came in here beacuse I've built an ESB/11C recipe that uses 1lb of brown sugar as a fermentable. I've used it in Belgian Strongs and it can be sweet, but I've changed the hops accordingly. We'll see.
