I am currently still extract brewing but I am in the process of building a rims rig. It is by no means pretty but I am using this build as a test platform since I have never brewed all grain & really don't know what I'm doing. Once I get things laid out the way I want them & work out all of the bugs I plan on making a nicer stand. Functionality first, cosmectics second.
If anyone in the area wants to stop by & have a beer anyone is welcome. But be warned, I will pick your brain for ideas & suggestions.
