    Yeah I agree, this isn't quite a clone anymore but I believe that is because commercial DFH60 has changed over the years.     American IPA Dogfish Head 60 Minute Clone (AG) & Extract

    I used the Yellow Dry profile in Brun Water and brewed the recipe as listed on page 1... and it’s delicious! Mine has less pine than DFH60 but the simcoe/Amarillo dry hop aroma is much better. Next time I will up the bitterness slightly to 1oz warrior at 60.

    Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

    I brewed this up last month and then "lagered" it in the kegerator for 3 weeks. It's so clear you can read a book through it. Flavor is crisp, refreshing, with a slight malt aftertaste. Next time I might dry hop a touch of Centennial for some more floral aroma. Overall it's a fantastic summer...

    Belgian Blond Ale SWMBO Slayer - Belgian Blonde

    This thread really needs some more attention. My wife loves all wheat beers, especially belgians, so I figured it was a good one to have around. Followed the recipe exactly as posted. She is SLAYED... wife absolutely loves this beer (and so do I). This is the best beer I have made, hands down.

    I made this about 1.5 months ago and it is really hitting it's stride now. first week in the keg it was good, but the flavor has improved a lot after a month. Definitely one of the better brews I have made to date and will likely become a staple!

    Made this beer a few weeks ago and had my first glass last night. Great beer, thanks for the recipe! I used WB-06 for this beer and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely get a solid clove and banana aroma, impressive from a dry yeast. Fermented at 70 F to really bring out the esters

    Brewed this yesterday as my first all grain (BIAB). I followed the recipe exactly and my numbers were spot on! Thanks BM, I will for sure post a followup with photos during my first taste in a few weeks.
