I got the pm today for some reason and thanks for letting me play I will have the winners beers out to them within the next couple weeks. Being as I have bought a new house since the season began I haven't been able to brew or set my brewery yet so local brews will be fine I hope .:mug:
I happend to go to a yard sale last fall and the was a Brewers Best starter kit complete minus ingredients for $5. It seemed like an interesting idea so I bought it and here I am waiting to do another batch.
Try adding the boiled dme and maybe add a few hops for aroma .
It may be good or bad but at least you will know in the off chance it happens again.:mug:
Hi,
i was just discussing this with my wife who is an RN she told me that you need to stop taking the tylenol and call your doctor on Monday. Her response when i told her what you were taking is thats a good way to kill yourself.
Just for your info a few of your entries for Indiana have Illinois abbreviations. I also know of a couple more homebrew shops and will ask if they can check your site out to add theirs.
I went to St louis in june with my wife and had the Graham Cracker Prter I also toured the brewery . If you go to schlafly go to the Tap room they had a pale ale on cask that was quite good.:mug:
I also have used the suck method and havent had a problem yet. I picked up a frying oil transfer pump the other day I am going t try that on my next batch it comes with filters to put on the inlet side.
I recently was looking for books on beer and homebrewing and came across what i think are some good deals. www.overstock.com at least a dozen books on there in the cooking beverages section
