Ahhh... okay. I got the recipe from my local homebrew shop. And I may be able to just buy the recipe for an all grain bill from them. My brewhouse efficiency is about 65% efficient. Not great. But that's okay. I may call and ask what they use in their LME I guess if they'll tell me. Lol

Negative to the direct fire. THIS is all electric. heating element inside BK/HLT, and Rims tube with heating element as well. moving away from gas.
