    My "Big brew" is planned for last weekend of February. Not sure if it will be a 20L or 40L batch.

    While reading up on al these high-gravity brewe, I have been going gradually up in ABV (last one was 18% abv) and am planning a similar (not ment as an Utopias clone) strong brew in the coming weeks.

    I wouldn't worry about doing 5 gal batches in 20 gal tuns. I think it is more for them a way to convince some people to also buy the 10 gal mashtun. I'm considering a 20 gal model too when they become available in december.

    Having the perfect fitting insulation jacket and the adapted lid with the coil, is a plus. It is just the control unit I don't care about.

    How easy is it to replace the control unit? I'd prefer to use in combo with a Brewpi Spark.

    I'm interested to see the 20 gallon model since they added the recirculation port to it by default. That would at least give the option of step mashing.
