Brewed Consecration kit 6 months ago. When to add currants? Wood? Opinions?
Fermented with ECY 20 from the start. Still sitting in primary, better bottle.
I did split ECY 20 into 2 different carboys per recs on this board with 4.5 gallons in each. Fermentation already started in both, less than 12 hours in. Thanks guys!

I was lucky to get a bottle and have a quick question for those who have used this or the other sour yeasts from ECY.
Am I able to split the bottle up in to 2 five gallon batches or would I need to do a starter?
