    Using Honey Malt

    I Have done an all grain with 100% honey malt as the grain bill. I used hallertaur hops and ale yeast. Turned out very drinkable and me ofmy favorite beers to date. Right now im fermenting a pilsner with 1 lb honey malt mashed in. Can't wait to try it

    1.030 - ok to dry hop?

    why dry hop after fermentation? Just because the aroma will be lost? what about bugs? I'm still learning and advised my newest brew friend to dry hop after chilling and pitching. :( do we have to worry about bugs? should I give him some more hops for dry hopping? do i need to buy him a new kit...

    Lavender beer (I know)

    This is kinda a late post, but i just got the idea tonight. we live near a lavender farm here in Atascadero. At the fair tonight they had a booth, and i got to thinking, I really like citrus infused beer and Recently had a lavender lemon soda and really liked it. So why not make a Lavender...
