    It doesn't take much to toast, so why not? I distribute it onto two rimmed half sheet pans and toast for 20 minutes at 265 in a convection oven, rotating pans, stirring, and swapping racks after ten minutes. I believe the recipe calls for 275 for 30 minutes.
