    Hello Brewers. I tried to sun dry my wheat grains, but by two to three hours the grains had lost all their sweet scents. Is that normal. or did I destroy my grains. the outside temperature is neatly 42 c. nearly 100f. And secondly its wheat so I really dint know how to deal with it.
