I am sorry if I posted my doubt in the wrong place my friend. But where I come from we dont have an option of extract brewing so i need help for all grain brewing right from the scratch

I tried to sun dry my wheat grains, but by two to three hours the grains had lost all their sweet scents. Is that normal. or did I destroy my grains. the outside temperature is neatly 42 c. nearly 100f.
And secondly its wheat so I really dint know how to deal with it.

I am from India. And the outside temp is 40 c. Nearly 100 f. Well the reason i write to you is i am a new. In india i am not supposed to brew beer by law. So we dont have access to quality grains.
