I have found a couple of places with code that can be applied. reflow ovens and sous vie cookers. pwm needs to be slow for best control of a volume of water.
After active fermentation for 5 days at 64-65 f there is no activity. Turned the fridge up to 67 this morning. Current temp is 65.3 f. There's only a tiny heating element in there.

I'm thinking of giving this a try. It seems fast and easy. I'm going to do a small batch, 2 gals in a small carboy and bottle it up to carb. Should work right? I don't have kegs...yet.

I like the look of the remote interface for your chamber temps as well. Have you seen brew pi? I have that running now. Built a while ago...
Then there's the heat stick. I just built a smaller element version, super easy. I used JB Water Weld to make it watertight. Combined with the cook top it should be boil. I'm going to throw a higher wattage stick together next and take the whole operation to the basement.

Very cool. Thanks for the supper simple version to create the venturi effect. I'm going to throw one of those tees on after my counterflow chiller and see how it works.
Have you seen the wortwizard? Which seems similar to this. People are using the venturi effect with the force...
