    Its so you can remove the yeast right away and have clear brew instead of cold crashing and racking . which can take weeks to months.

    I bought this 1 micron filter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0051VC7CW/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 When I used the filter it pretty much filtered it 100%. There was 0 color, basically no alcohol and a slight taste of the beer. Now I have read lots of other people use filters of the size...
