Why not just get a turkey fryer like mentioned above? The double jet burner's from Bayou Classic are by far the best. Heats up twice as fast as other burners.
Slurm I just called their customer service and they said the spigot is raised about a 1/2 inch so that it doesn't hit the counter and damage the spigot when placed on counter.

I've checked around and they're by far the cheapest here. Would like some feedback if any one has used Bayou...
