    15 gal pot on kitchen gas range

    Why not just get a turkey fryer like mentioned above? The double jet burner's from Bayou Classic are by far the best. Heats up twice as fast as other burners.

    Bayou Classic 44-QT Stainless Steel Stockpot w/spigot

    Slurm I just called their customer service and they said the spigot is raised about a 1/2 inch so that it doesn't hit the counter and damage the spigot when placed on counter.
