I want to add 1 tsp of Irish Moss with 15 minutes left in the boil. However, my recipe calls for addition of some pellet hops at flame out (for 20 minutes).
If I add the Irish Moss, will it affect my late hop addition?
Just out of curiosity, does anyone see a problem with the following method?
1. Primary for 1-2 weeks (or until reaches final gravity).
2. Rack to keg.
3. Store keg in keezer at 40 degrees C.
