Looking for a clone recipe for Weihenstephaner Original Premium (Original Helles)
I've had many Helles lagers and this is my favorite. I've tried brewing several Helles lagers and, although they were good, they didn't come close to Original Premium.

I read somewhere that yeast nutrients are more soluble in water than must because they are not soluble in alcohol so you should dissolve the nutrients in water and not must before pitching. Can anyone confirm this?
