    I currently have chopped ginger in the secondary. What about using powdered ginger? Have you tried that. Have you ever had blenheim ginger ale? (http://www.blenheimgingerale.com/) I am going for something slightly less powerful than that, but of course, actual ale.

    vinegar-y taste...like an old bruin. This is malt vinegar as opposed to duchesses red wine vinegar taste.

    With an old bruin. It obviously got contaminated, but I like duchess and such so actually I quite like what I ended up with. I am worried, however, what are my chance of glass grenades?
