There are several welding shops that will exchange a tank but I just have a 5lb and was trying to have it refilled. Apparently the place I found was it, unless I travel to Charleston.

I found Sentry Fire Protection 114 W 8th Ave Huntington. That was the only place I could find. They would exchange the tank or you can leave it and they will fill it in a few days. They can also inspect the tank if its out of date.
