- Only a few batches under my belt so far, learning from my mistake as I go.
Brewing in my kitchen, and want to keep ot this minimalist way: electric stove and inkbird to control mash temperature, in a 15L pot, ferment in 5L demi johns, control fermenting temperature with inkbird (water bath with aquarium heater inside a fridge), bottle carbonation.
