I have been brewing for a year now. I have brewed three batches so far. The first one was mediocre, the last two were excellent. I so far have brewed a supposed to be red ale extract which turned into I don't know what(still tasted ok), a wheat beer which was excellent, and right now I am finishing off an IPA which is also excellent. I want to move into All Grain brewing but I am a little intimidated.
