I am new to brewing beer but have made prison wine before (NO, never been to prison) but we call it wild fermenting.
I make Kim Chi also, a fermented cabbage dish from Korea (NO, I'm not Korean, just like natural/whole foods).
I have not made my own yogurt yet but my mom used to make it all the time and I miss it so I will eventually make some one day.
I also want to make some Kombucha, a fermented tea.
I am into building custom Human Powered Vehicles at the moment and feel pretty confident that I have a bike that will be very profitable for me.
I also design/build passive and active solar heating and cooling projects.
