I use a 15 gallon Anvil Tri-clad kettle with an Avantco 3500W 240V induction cooktop. I takes about the same time to boil 12 gallons as my Hellfire propane burner. Easy to maintain temp and I haven't had any boil overs thus far. Brewing this way for the last couple of years and wish I did...
