    ya brewed a irish red today, trying to find a lager recipe with orange peel and ginger, got any ideas?

    this is my red which I am brewing now, just started boil. for 10 gal 18# warminster/maris otter, 3# 60 lv, 3# caraAroma [wyerman], 2# wheat, I used cascade because thats what I grow and I need to use them, tettnang at the end american ale 2 yeast.
